It is hard for any one person to know "everything" there is to know about the world of technology. No one individual has experienced every situation either right or wrong. That is why we created the Custom Home Theater Network. We are a group of professionals that each have a specific part in the home theater industry. Our members include... professional installers, certified calibrators, acousticians, interior designers, home automation specialists, and specialty tradesman. With these resources, the only choice a customer has to make is "when do I start?"
Our members are part of the group because they are the best of the best in Atlanta. They have to adhere to our strict policy of customer service
before, during, and after the installation or service. All our members offer the best warranty and service agreements in the industry. All labor is unconditionally guaranteed for 90 days. After the 90 days, labor will be at a reduced rate for 1 year. After the year, all labor will be charged at a minimum service call rate.
